We hope you love your products from us, however in case you don't, you have 14 days from the date you received your items to return to us.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the same condition as you received them and in their original packaging. We can't cover the postage on your returned items and we are unable to pay back the original postage as well.
We will issue the refund after receiving your returned items, to the same bank account that you used for your purchase. Please allow few business days to receive the refund.
Please remember that wax melts are made to be broken so we can't offer refund on broken wax melts. If you receive a broken wax burner that you purchased from us, you have an option to get another one or to issue a refund.
